For every session, a non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee ensures your spot is reserved and goes toward the total cost of the session.

In terms of cancellation/rescheduling, I definitely understand that things happen! I kindly ask for at least a 48-72 hour notice for both cancellations and rescheduling.

Please note that cancellations made by client after the specified cancellation period will result in your retainer being forfeited, this policy ensures that I can dedicate my time and resources to all clients effectively!

Bad Weather:

Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate.. especially in South Carolina! If conditions aren't ideal, we'll work together and find a new date that suits your schedule. My goal is to ensure you have the best possible experience and results!
